// please read carefully

These policies are written for agntdata's current product and may change as we add features. If you are using agntdata on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, "you" means that entity and the person accepting these terms confirms they have authority to bind it.

01

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how agntdata collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, use the dashboard, call our APIs, deploy agents, connect third-party services, contact us, or otherwise use agntdata.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or data sources that agntdata does not control. Those services may have their own privacy notices and terms.

02

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the services, and information from third parties you authorize or interact with through agntdata.

  • Account information, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace membership, organization details, and preferences.
  • Billing information, such as plan, subscription status, billing address, transaction metadata, and payment processor identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored directly by agntdata.
  • Customer Data, such as prompts, agent instructions, API requests and responses, database records, files, webhook payloads, logs, tool calls, connected account metadata, and content you ask agntdata to process.
  • Usage and device information, such as IP address, user agent, request metadata, pages viewed, feature usage, API key usage, credits consumed, error logs, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Support and communications data, such as messages you send us, feedback, survey responses, security reports, and related contact details.
  • Third-party connection information, such as tokens, identifiers, configuration, scopes, and metadata from services you choose to connect.
03

How we use information

We use personal information and Customer Data to operate, secure, support, and improve agntdata.

  • Provide the dashboard, APIs, agent runtime, MCP gateway, database features, integrations, billing, support, and documentation.
  • Authenticate users, manage workspaces, issue and validate API keys, enforce permissions, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Route requests to third-party services, process connected account actions, store workflow state, return API responses, and run agent workflows you configure.
  • Meter usage, calculate credits, manage plans, process payments, prevent fraud, and send transactional messages.
  • Monitor reliability, debug errors, improve performance, develop features, and understand product usage.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, security incidents, violations of our Terms, and unlawful activity.
  • Communicate with you about product updates, policy changes, support requests, security issues, and administrative matters.
04

AI and model providers

Some agntdata features use AI models or agent tooling to process prompts, tool definitions, workspace configuration, API responses, and other Customer Data. We send only the information needed to provide the requested feature.

We do not use Customer Data to train third-party foundation models unless you ask us to enable a feature that requires it or otherwise provide permission. Model providers may process data according to their own commitments to us and applicable law.

05

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure usage, improve the product, and understand how visitors use our websites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect login, security, dashboard functionality, or saved preferences.

06

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide agntdata, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or with your direction.

  • Service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, provide analytics, deliver email, operate support tools, monitor security, and run models or agent infrastructure.
  • Third-party services you connect or ask us to call, including data providers, APIs, OAuth applications, webhooks, and workspace integrations.
  • Other users in your organization or workspace, according to their role and permissions.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal representatives where appropriate.
  • Authorities, courts, or third parties when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the services.
  • A successor or affiliate in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
07

Retention

We retain personal information and Customer Data for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate backups. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, your plan, workspace settings, legal requirements, and operational needs.

You may delete certain data directly in the dashboard or request deletion by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups, logs, audit trails, billing records, or security records for a limited period where necessary.

08

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and Customer Data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your account, configuring workspace permissions, securing API keys and connected accounts, and ensuring that your use of agntdata complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

09

International processing

agntdata and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. If your information is controlled by an agntdata customer, we may direct your request to that customer.

11

Children

agntdata is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12

Business customers and processors

When agntdata processes personal information in Customer Data on behalf of a business customer, that customer is generally the controller or business, and agntdata acts as a processor or service provider under applicable data protection laws. We process that data according to the customer's instructions, our agreements, and applicable law.

If you need a data processing agreement, contact us before using agntdata with regulated or sensitive personal information.

13

Sensitive information

Do not submit highly sensitive information to agntdata unless your agreement with us expressly permits it and you have configured the services appropriately. This includes protected health information, payment card numbers, government identifiers, children's data, biometric data, and other highly regulated information.

14

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new last updated date and, when required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the services after an update means the updated Policy applies.
